Shipping & Packaging Policy

1. Shipping Policies

1.1 All items will be shipped directly to the address provided at the time of sale, with no exceptions. We will not ship products to alternative or forwarding addresses. Please be sure to verify that your order and your shipping information are correct prior to submitting payment.

1.2 V.V. Lito’s covers the cost of fully insuring every package we ship. Orders over $750.00 require Signature Confirmation. No lost package insurance claim will be processed if the United States Postal Service or any other carrier designates the package as delivered via tracking number, regardless of circumstance.

1.3 In general, we ship items using USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS Ground Advantage. Other methods may be used depending on the circumstance, at the discretion of V.V. Lito’s.

1.4 V.V. Lito’s will post an estimated shipping time as soon as shipping information and payment are confirmed. This time frame is only an estimate, not a guarantee.

1.5 Damaged Items & Discrepancies: If you receive an item that is damaged or is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item at customer.service@vvlitos.com or by submitting a customer service form on our website. V.V. Lito’s will review your concerns and contact you with a proposal for resolution within 72 hours.  All items are insured when shipped.  We will initiate a claim with the shipping agency if a product has been damaged during shipping.

2. Packaging Policies​

V.V. Lito’s takes great pride in ensuring that your items arrive safely and in perfect condition. Our packaging process is designed to protect your purchases from any potential damage during transit.

2.1 Quality Materials: We use only high-quality materials to ensure that your items are well-protected and arrive in pristine condition.

2.2 Breakable & Fragile Items: Pottery and other breakable items are packaged with every precaution in mind. We use ample padding and mark packages as “Fragile” to ensure they are handled with care.

2.3 Secure Packaging: All items are securely wrapped and cushioned to prevent movement and damage. We use sturdy boxes and protective materials to safeguard your purchases.
